General Managers

AlphaShift™ is a premium mind-body fitness experience that integrates physical and mental training through movement.

Each class combines movement, breathing, guided visualization, and music with binaural frequencies. These elements work together to facilitate an immersive experience of training, presence, and focus.

A real workout. A meditative experience in motion.

AlphaShift™ integrates movement, breathing, guided visualization, and proprietary music with binaural frequencies into one experience.

Two defining features are the immersive sound environment, heard through stereo headphones throughout the class, and the trainer’s live guidance. The trainer observes participants and adapts effort, pace, and instructions to their actual needs, within the structure and approved adaptations of the method.

AlphaShift™ gives your club a distinctive premium experience that combines physical and mental training, proprietary music and live guidance.

Its three formats use treadmills, indoor bikes, and studio space, creating new ways to use resources already available at your club.

AlphaShift™ is designed for adults interested in physical activity and an immersive experience of training body and mind.

It may also appeal to people who are curious about meditation but find seated practice difficult to engage with. No meditation experience is required. Format selection and movement options take participants’ abilities and needs into account.

Yes. Physical work is an essential part of every format and is integrated with breathing, visualization, and the sound environment.

The trainer leads live and helps participants choose an appropriate level of effort and pace using the method’s approved adaptations. The aim is to maintain meaningful physical work that is sustainable for the individual.

WALK uses treadmills for rhythmic walking integrated with breathing, guided visualization, and music with binaural frequencies.

RIDE brings the method to indoor bikes, combining controlled physical work, breathing and guided focus.

FLOW uses studio or mat space for mobility and controlled movement integrated with breathing and visualization.

In every format, the trainer leads live and participants remain immersed in the sound environment through stereo headphones for the entire class.

AlphaShift™ can sit alongside your existing programming.

Together, we identify where it fits, which members to introduce it to and how to present it, so it adds value to your offering and integrates into your schedule.

The standard experience lasts approximately 50 minutes. The sound environment accompanies the entire class while the trainer guides the physical and mental work live.

Scheduling also needs to allow time for member arrival, equipment preparation, and the transition to the next activity.

WALK requires treadmills, RIDE requires indoor bikes, and FLOW requires suitable studio or mat space.

All formats use a stereo headphone system that allows participants to hear the proprietary music and the trainer’s live voice. We review spaces, equipment, and the audio configuration together before launch.

AlphaShift™’s proprietary music combines rhythm, a musical foundation, and binaural frequencies, composed specifically for the method.

Through a stereo headphone system, participants remain immersed in this sound environment for the entire class and also hear the trainer’s live voice.

Music, breathing, guided visualization, and movement work together to facilitate a premium physical and mental training experience. The trainer alternates purposeful guidance with periods without speech; the musical environment remains continuous.

Capacity is determined by the format, available equipment, space and audio configuration.

The trainer must be able to observe participants and guide them effectively live. Capacity is therefore agreed before launch to preserve safety, attention and experience quality.

The trainer guides the entire experience live: movement, breathing, attention, and visualization in relation to the music.

By observing participants, the trainer can adapt guidance on effort and pace to their actual needs, using the method’s approved options. Their presence enables responsive guidance for the group and individuals while preserving the class structure.

Yes. The partnership prepares club trainers to deliver AlphaShift™ classes.

Preparation covers the method, movement, audio system, live guidance, use of voice and silence, adaptations, and safety. Before receiving authorization for a format, trainers must demonstrate the required practical competencies.

The trainer offers approved options for each format and guides adjustments to effort, pace, and movement complexity live.

Participants may reduce intensity, return to natural breathing or stop when needed. Adaptations respect the method’s structure and keep safety and participant autonomy central to the experience.

The club provides the agreed spaces and fitness equipment, an operational contact, and participating trainers. It also manages scheduling and member recruitment.

The team handles normal facility procedures and routine audio-system care, including preparation, hygiene, and charging where applicable. Responsibilities are defined before launch.

Support includes a kickoff meeting, an implementation checklist, scheduling and capacity guidance, remote audio-setup assistance, and a pre-launch system check.

The team also receives communication materials, evaluation tools and a post-pilot review. The scope of support is agreed in advance.

We provide class descriptions and materials that help members understand what to expect.

The central message is a premium physical and mental training experience: the trainer leads live while participants move immersed in AlphaShift™’s proprietary music and binaural frequencies through stereo headphones.

Communication is adapted to your club and its members.

The AlphaShift™ pilot is a paid six-week program that allows your club to experience the method, gather feedback and assess its integration into your offering.

The standard pilot includes six classes across WALK, RIDE, and FLOW, trainer preparation, the agreed audio system, and launch support. Classes are guided live.

Contact us to discuss your club’s needs and receive a quote.

We review attendance, repeat participation where measurable, interest in returning, member feedback, and operational fit with the club.

We also assess the quality of live guidance, the ability to adapt effort to participants and the reliability of the sound experience. Member feedback covers both the physical work and engagement, presence, and focus.

The review helps your club decide whether to continue and how to integrate AlphaShift™ into its programming.

Your club may choose to continue with an annual AlphaShift™ subscription, with no obligation to proceed.

If you continue after the six weeks, the pilot fee is deducted in full from your first-year annual subscription.

The partnership includes the agreed formats, licensed access to proprietary music and programming, periodic content updates, trainer coaching, and development. Package details, support, and renewal terms are discussed directly with your club.

Trainers & Coaches

It means guiding an integrated physical and mental training experience live. The trainer coordinates movement, breathing, attention, and visualization with proprietary music and binaural frequencies.

Your presence allows you to observe participants and adapt your delivery to their needs while preserving the method’s structure.

You need fitness instruction skills appropriate to the format, the ability to observe participants and a willingness to learn the method.

AlphaShift™ preparation develops the integration of movement, breathing, visualization, music, and live guidance. Specific prerequisites are communicated for each format.

You do not need to be a meditation teacher. You do need to learn how to guide attention, breathing and visualization clearly and appropriately for the movement being performed.

AlphaShift™ preparation provides guidance and boundaries for delivery within a mind-body fitness experience.

The initial formats are WALK, RIDE, and FLOW. Certification applies to the formats for which you have completed the pathway and demonstrated the required competencies. Certification in one format does not automatically qualify you to teach the others.

A certified trainer may teach AlphaShift™ at a club with active AlphaShift™ authorization, under the terms of the club’s license.

During the pilot, trainers in training teach within the club’s pilot authorization, with support and supervision from AlphaShift™. Certification is earned in the phase following the pilot.

The pathway follows four steps: learn, rehearse, deliver, and review.

During the pilot, the trainer receives training, support, and supervision from AlphaShift™ and also teaches pilot classes. At this stage, the trainer is not yet certified: delivery takes place within the supervised training pathway.

Certification is earned in the phase following the pilot by completing the required pathway and demonstrating the necessary competencies.

You can begin teaching pilot classes during the pilot, with preparation, support, and supervision from AlphaShift™.

Teaching pilot classes is part of the training pathway and precedes certification. Certification is earned in the phase following the pilot, after demonstrating the competencies required for the format: safety, adherence to class structure, audio operation, live guidance, and adaptation to participants’ needs.

Approved materials guide your preparation and delivery. You need to understand their structure, objectives, instructions, and transitions while developing clear, natural communication.

The method distinguishes required elements, approved options, and areas where you can use your personal teaching style.

You can guide the adaptations provided by the format based on the needs you observe: intensity, pace, and movement complexity can be adjusted within approved options.

Live delivery lets you respond to the people in front of you. Class structure, objectives, and safety requirements remain protected.

Offer the approved options and help each participant choose an appropriate level of effort while maintaining movement quality and control.

Your communication should make adaptations a normal choice. Every participant may reduce intensity, return to natural breathing or stop.

AlphaShift™ music combines rhythm, a musical foundation, and binaural frequencies and is composed specifically for the method.

It works together with movement, breathing, and visualization to facilitate a premium physical and mental training experience. The approved soundtrack is linked to the class structure and its transitions.

AlphaShift™ classes use the proprietary music approved for the relevant class program.

The relationship among the soundtrack, movement, guidance, and timing is integral and foundational to the method. The proprietary music specified for the class cannot be substituted.

A stereo headphone system allows participants to hear the musical environment and your live guidance together.

The immersive sound accompanies the entire class. Before starting, check that the system works and that music and voice are balanced appropriately.

Your voice is used at purposeful moments to orient participants, explain movements, regulate effort and guide attention and visualization.

Periods without speech leave space for personal experience while the music continues. Knowing how to use your voice selectively is a core AlphaShift™ trainer skill.

Use approved guidance compatible with the movement and intensity at that moment.

Breathing must remain comfortable. Attention and visualization must preserve movement control, balance, and awareness of the surroundings. Safety always takes priority over immersion.

Reduce the intensity or stop the activity and guide the person toward a safe option, following the format’s and club’s procedures.

Do not insist on breathing instructions, intensity, or visualization when someone experiences discomfort. Participants must feel free to modify the activity or stop.

Your role is to create the conditions specified by the method and deliver the class well.

Individual experiences vary. You should not impose a sensation or interpret participants’ mental states. You can invite them to notice what they experience without requiring a particular result.

You can describe them as components of the proprietary sound environment, integrated with movement, breathing, and visualization.

Explain the experience without promising a specific brain state or medical or psychological effects. Binaural frequencies are part of the method; individual responses may vary.

Know the approved program, rehearse transitions and check the equipment, soundtrack, headphones, and microphone.

Preparation also includes adaptation options, safety requirements, and the introductory information participants need. The format’s checklists support these checks.

The AlphaShift™ system includes content updates and coaching to support your teaching development.

Reviewing classes, gathering feedback, and rehearsing new materials help improve precision, presence, and adaptability. Specific commitments are defined in the pathway and your club’s partnership.

Proprietary music and materials are licensed for authorized AlphaShift™ activities under the applicable terms.

Authorization to teach does not transfer ownership of the content. Use outside authorized classes requires a separate agreement.

You move with live guidance from the trainer while listening to music through stereo headphones.

As you move, the trainer offers breathing, attention, and visualization cues. The class includes a progression of physical effort and a gradual finish, accompanied by the sound environment.

RIDE uses an indoor bike for a workout with controlled intensity.

FLOW offers mobility and controlled movement in a studio or on a mat.

All formats integrate live guidance, breathing, visualization, and proprietary music with binaural frequencies.

You do not need to be an athlete. However, the format should be appropriate for your abilities and needs.

The trainer offers the class’s approved options and helps you choose an appropriate level of effort. Before your first class, talk with your club to find the format that suits you best.

No previous meditation experience is required.

The trainer provides simple guidance to help you bring your attention to movement, breathing, and the sensations you notice.

AlphaShift™ integrates both dimensions: your body works while you practice attention and presence.

You may experience moments of focus and a meditative quality during movement. Experiences vary from person to person.

The standard experience lasts approximately 50 minutes.

Allow additional time to get ready and become familiar with the equipment and headphones, especially for your first class.

Stereo headphones let you hear the musical environment and the trainer’s live voice.

The sound accompanies the entire class, creating continuity and immersion as you move.

AlphaShift™’s proprietary music is composed specifically for the method and combines rhythm, a musical foundation, and binaural frequencies.

It works together with movement, breathing, and guided visualization to facilitate an immersive physical and mental training experience.

Binaural components present sounds with slightly different frequencies to each ear and are heard through stereo headphones.

In AlphaShift™, they are part of the overall musical composition. The experience comes from the integration of music, movement, breathing, and trainer guidance; no specific mental state is promised.

Yes. The trainer leads the class live and observes participants.

This allows the trainer to adapt guidance on effort and pace to the actual needs of the group and individuals, using the method’s approved options.

Yes. The trainer helps you choose among the approved options while maintaining movement quality and control.

You may reduce effort, slow down where permitted, or stop when needed. You do not need to compare your intensity with anyone else’s.

The trainer may offer breathing guidance appropriate to the physical work at that moment.

Your breathing should remain comfortable. You can always return to your natural breathing without forcing it.

The trainer offers imagery or guidance to help direct your attention during movement.

You do not need to be able to perceive vivid images or achieve a particular result. You can follow the guidance in a way that feels natural to you while maintaining control of your movement.

You do not need to close your eyes to experience the class.

Follow the trainer’s instructions for the format. On a treadmill, keep your eyes open and your gaze appropriate for the movement; safety and balance always take priority.

Wear comfortable workout clothing and footwear appropriate to the format.

Bring water and follow your club’s guidance on any other items. Your club will also explain headphone availability and use.

Arrive with enough time to meet the trainer and become familiar with the equipment and audio system.

Share any limitations relevant to movement and follow your club’s normal participation procedures.

Reduce your effort, return to natural breathing and let the trainer know. You may stop the activity at any time.

The trainer helps you find an appropriate option, following the format’s and club’s procedures.

You may notice the physical work you have done, greater presence, focus, or a sense of calm. Every experience is personal and may change from one class to another.

There is no required feeling to achieve. The trainer invites you to notice what you experience without judging it.

Yes, if the format is appropriate for your needs. AlphaShift™ can complement activities you already enjoy.
